Trio Show the way forward at Castleton
Saturday saw a handful of Harriers running at Castleton Show in the Heart of the North Yorkshire Moors. An undulating course.Although official results have yet to be released Paul Lowe finished 2nd, Colin Taylor 4th and Paul Allan 5th to take the team prize with Sarah Tomlinson also picking a V40 prize on the day.
Foster and Guy do Roseberry
Last week we had two runners at Roseberry Topping fell race. This short but steep event sees runners covering 1.5 miles but has ascent of 715 feet.Janice Foster was first to finish of our two ladies finishing 55th in 25:43 with Sarah Guy three places behind in 58th in 29:15.Well done ladies, great work!

The Gerry Kearsley Handicap is run in January and July over a multi terrain route on trails around Fishburn and Bishop Middleham and is free to enter.Handicapping is based on 10k times.
