Phil Teece was again in midweek action, this time at the Lordstones 5km, a multi terrain course with a few hills to test you over the 3.1 miles. Playing pacer to young Gabby Hall now at Middlesbrough AC, Phil finished 28th in 22:35, young Gabby picking up 2nd female on the night.
