Membership Fees (2024-2025)

The membership plans below do NOT apply to Fundamentals or Foundation. Those groups are now pay-as-you-go (PAYG)

Prices shown below are for a 12 month period. Prices reduce on a quarterly basis as the membership year goes along. Please Contact for further information if applying later in the membership year (April 1st to March 31st)

Social (⬆ prices)

• Club Member
• Access to club discounts and offers
• Road training sessions (included)
• Track training sessions (£4.50/session)
• Non-competitive England Athletics (EA) membership
• Any races entered would show as ‘Unattached’
• No discounted entry to UK Athletics licensed events
• Race results do not appear on Power of 10

Competition (⬆ prices)

• Access to club discounts and offers
• Road training sessions (included)
• Track training sessions (£4.50/session)
• Competitive England Athletics (EA) membership
• Receive a unique EA registration number and portal access
• Event entries would list you as a Darlington Harrier
• Discounted entry to UK Athletics licensed events
• Your event results appear on Power of 10
• Option to represent at individual/team events
• Affiliation to Northern Athletics included
• Compete at North/North East County events

Loyalty (⬆ prices)

• Available to members with 15 years continuous membership
• Road training sessions (included)
• Track training sessions (included)
• Competitive England Athletics (EA) membership
• Receive a unique EA registration number and portal access
• Event entries would list you as a Darlington Harrier
• Discounted entry to UK Athletics licensed events
• Your event results appear on Power of 10
• Option to represent at individual/team events
• Affiliation to Northern Athletics included
• Compete at North/North East County events

Addon (Track) (⬆ prices)

• Track training sessions (monthly subscription – see pricing) (or £4.50 per session)

What are the renewal fees?

When can I renew?

Existing members will be sent renewal payment reminders on, or around, April 5th 2024. You have until May 4th 2024 to complete the payment. Renewal does not apply to members of Fundamentals or Foundation training groups.

What membership plan will I be renewed on

By default, you’ll be renewed to the membership plan you chose for the previous membership year – if this needs to change, you should contact us before the renewal period in order to advise which plan you want to change to.

What happens to my membership if I don’t renew?

On the 5th May 2024, we will resign all non-renewed memberships from both the England Athletics (EA) portal, and the club website. You will then no longer have access to club training sessions. You can choose to reapply for membership by completing the form at https://darlingtonharriers.com/apply/

How do I pay for my renewal?

We will send you a payment request from England Athletics, and this will come from the email address noreply@englandathletics.org – please ensure you have whitelisted this email (or added to safe senders) so that it doesn’t go to junk/spam folders. 

Unless you inform us otherwise, additional payment reminders will come out via email throughout April until it has been paid. Failure to pay means your club membership will be resigned on 2nd May 2023.

Are there alternative payment options available?
