Tony Winward was the only Harrier at the Greater Manchester 10km race today as he continued his journey of fast times this year. Manchester is a flat and fast race so ideal for quick times and yet again Tony did not disappoint, finishing in 79th place in a new personal best of 35:51. Outstanding again
Jonathan Boyle was the only Harrier at Fountains Abbey this weekend. This course has a bit of everything in it including some off road and some undulation throughout the course. Jonathan finished in 154th place in 53:25. Well done… First Harrier home!

Last week we missed one of our runners from the Leeds Half Marathon results as she was listed as unaffiliated on the day. But thanks to social media, we managed to get a photo of Anneke Hill post Leeds Half Marathon after finishing 3033rd in 2:17:06. Well done Anneke, great time!
