Tony Winward was the only Harrier at the Greater Manchester 10km race today as he continued his journey of fast times this year.
Manchester is a flat and fast race so ideal for quick times and yet again Tony did not disappoint, finishing in 79th place in a new personal best of 35:51. Outstanding again Tony, well done.
