Mark Tallon was in action this weekend at the latest Track & Field meet in York. Although Mark mainly specialises at the 400m he occasionally throws in an 800m which will certainly pay dividends for his 400m work. Mark finished his 800m in a swift 2:26 which is excellent running.Well done Mr T!

Sue wants to be a Record Breaker
