We had 3 athletes in action this weekend at the Lakesman half iron man, Keswick in the heart of the Lake District and featured the classic 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile cycle and 13.1 half marathon run.
Alison Matthews celebrating her birthday over the weekend was first to finish finishing in 5:29:30, followed by Andy Dobson who I believe was making his debut at this event finished in 5:53:53 with Emma Morley finishing in an excellent 6:37:21.
Fantastic achievement for all three of you.
