Tony Williams headed to Cumbria on Sunday morning to take on the Solway Half Marathon. The Solway Half Marathon is a flat route on the scenic rural roads of North West Cumbria. The race will start and finish in Anthorn, doing 1 loop using country lanes through Bownesson-Solway, and returning to Anthorn via the costal roads.
Tony had an excellent run finishing in 1:39:23 which is a new personal best after breaking this earlier this year. Nice work Tony!
