Durham Coastal Half

Paul Cook was at the scenic and challenging Durham Coastal Half Marathon this weekend 13.1 mile route along the coast from Seaham to Crimdon Dene, which has lots of tough climbs, gates to cross and steps to climb. Paul finished 25th in 1.35.30. Full results can be found here

Cook takes a Bath
