We had three of our athletes in action at the Middlesboro 5km which starts outside the Riverside stadium and finishes inside. The race is flat and fast Paul Cook running his first road 5km for the club finished in a time of 18.46 for 76th place with veterans Shirley Gibson 290th in 23.09 and Ian Barnes 300th in 23.09.
