Steven Craggs was the lone Harrier at the weekends Mo Run 10km race, a race which is put on by the Movember Foundation held at Exhibition Park in Newcastle. L.A Woman

Last weekend we had two of our ladies in half marathon action, this time all the way out in Los Angeles at their Rock N Roll event. A run through Downtown Los Angeles certainly beats a run around the streets of Darlington! Laura Sawyer finished her race in 2hrs 44:11 with Samantha Stanley in 3:20:33.
