Described as a flat and fast course and a genuine personal best race this low key event at Selby caught Simon Rogers interest as he flew below the radar last week for this 10km event.
Simon who has had a couple of years of hamstring issues seems to be back on track (or road in this case) as he finished 19th out of 290 participants in 38:20. Good work Simon.
