Kate Gets Up To Speed

Darren Stockdale and Julian Pinkney were literally hobbling last Sunday morning as they competed in the Heartbeat Hobble, a 7 mile off road race which forms part of the Esk Valley series of races. European Adventures for Emma

Emma Matthews was back in competitive action this weekend at the European Duathlon held in Punta Umbria, Spain. Competing in the 20 to 24 AG Sprint event (First run 4.8km, bike 20.4km then 2.8km run). Emma ran 18:39 for the 4.8km run, covered the bike distance in 34:29 and the final 2.8km run in 11.24.
