Last Bank holiday Tony Winward took part in a new event, Summer Redcar Beach Run, a 10km run across the beach.In a small field of only 44 runners, Tony crossed the line in 2nd place in a time of 41:24.2 over a minute ahead of 3rd place and a minute behind Harrogate’s Jamie Dilasser.Good work

At the mid week 5 mile race at Locke Park we had a small number of runners in competition. Tony Winward was first Harrier home, pictured here looking lean and mean in 24th position in 32:37 with Kelly Farr also having an excellent run making up the top 50 but 3rd in her race category.
