Last Bank holiday Tony Winward took part in a new event, Summer Redcar Beach Run, a 10km run across the beach.
In a small field of only 44 runners, Tony crossed the line in 2nd place in a time of 41:24.2 over a minute ahead of 3rd place and a minute behind Harrogate’s Jamie Dilasser.
