Cook First at Parkrun league

Paul Cook was awarded the Parkrun league trophy for the second year running after amassing most points over the year at South Park. The parkrun league points are awarded for 100 for first across the line, 99 second and so on. There are also 100 points awarded for three weeks of volunteering.

Social Christmas Run

BUPA Great North 10k

Paul Cook along with “Triathlete” Peter Armstrong were in action at todays Great North 10k, a race which starts outside of Gateshead stadium takes runners out and back before finishing inside the stadium. Paul finished 41st in 37.38 with Peter 272nd in 43.04. Second claim Sharon Barlow finished in an excellent 29th place in 36.29.
