Paul Cook and Sharon Barlow decided to have a social run at the Muddy Boots 10km race at Ripon, a race which is predominately off road across fields, turn styles and grass.
The pair finished the race in 11th and 12th position both crossing in 40.18 from the 437 runners on the day. Full results can be found here
