Cook First at Parkrun league

Paul Cook was awarded the Parkrun league trophy for the second year running after amassing most points over the year at South Park. The parkrun league points are awarded for 100 for first across the line, 99 second and so on. There are also 100 points awarded for three weeks of volunteering.

Grand old duke

Paul Cook was again the only Harrier at this years York 10km race, a race which takes runners from the racecourse, through and around the city and back to the racecourse for a rousing reception. Paul finished the run in 50th place in 37.37 from the 5059 finishers. Full results can be found here
