Robin Rutherford was recognised at the Darlington Sports Awards at the QE College this evening for his contribution to sport. As well as Robin being President of Darlington Harriers, he is also secretary of the North East Counties Athletics Association and Chairman of the North East Youth Development League in addition to being ex-chairman of England Athletics North East.
If ever someone deserved recognition for their contribution over a number of years, Robin is that person. Congratulations.
