Does Three into Fifty Five go?

Saturday saw three of our runners in action at the Hardmoors 55, an Ultramarathon which sees participants running from Guisborough to Helmsley. The 55 mile race takes competitors through the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills in tough conditions. The race contains over 2000metres of ascent and has a time limit of 16 hours

Capsey has No Ego

Matt Capsey, renowned for his ultra runs took on Dalby Forest’s ‘No Ego’ race, a 5 mile event which requires competitors to wear a headtorch and is the first of three headtorch races in the first two months of the year.In a field of 420, Matt finished 25th in a time of 39:55.
