On Saturday afternoon at Redcar we saw another large turnout of runners from the club for the North East XC Championship. The course was three laps 12km for men and 8km for the ladies, around the racecourse so fairly flat with a couple of speed bumps, long grass and some muddy patches but nothing to worry anyone. Some tremendous performances across all age groups with both men and women’s teams finishing a highly respectable 8th position (out of 30/21 team respectively).
