Last Sunday at South Park we six teams on show at the NYSD XC Road relays. Some impressive performances from men and women, women taking 1st and 3rd and the men 2nd place making it a successful day for the seniors. Well done all runners who made this event on mothers day!

Last Sunday at Summerhill, Hartlepool we saw the latest NYSD XC race. Well results are now out, our men finishing in an excellent fourth place but our ladies finished top of the pile with some superb performances.
On Sunday at Summerhill, Hartlepool, the next event of this seasons Cross Country took place. A tough course made worse by poor conditions as the recent poor weather had turned the course into a mud fest. The course a multi lap event saw women take on 4.6km and the men 8.9km with a few tasty

Sunday morning also saw a number of Harriers head to the hilly Richmond 10k. A tough race by anyone’s standards with a few tough climbs throughout the 6.2miles making this a non PB course.
