Record turnout at Darlington

On Sunday morning on home turf, the Darlington Harriers were out in force as nearly 200 club runners pulled on their club vest to run in both the Darlington 3k and 10k races. Some fantastic performances on the day, many personal bests, some course bests and some first timers. You should all be very proud of yourselves as much as the club is proud to have you as a member. History was made today as well as a fantastic sight to see , thank you to everyone who turned out for the club and promoted the club.

A special mention. Bex Adams became seriously ill shortly after joining the club but came to the Darlington 10k and battled her way around the course.

Well done Bex, was great to see you back today with a big smile on your face and we hope to see you back at the club very soon!
