Through his school, Carmel College, Under 15 Darlington Harrier, Daniel Boyer has been selected to attend the North-East Triathlon Academy Winter Training Camp in Almeria, Spain. The camp will run in December and there are only 6 athletes aged 15 – 19 from the North East that have been asked to attend.
It will be a great opportunity for Daniel to enhance his experience and get some 1 to 1 interaction with national level coaches. Also participating in the camp is Christian Brown, a former pupil of Carmel College, who is acting as assistant coach and will be traveling out with Daniel to act as a mentor for him. Well done Daniel!
