Paul Oyston was in action at the Nottingham Outlaw Ironman this weekend. A gruelling 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike and then a full marathon awaited Paul. To even complete such a gruelling event is a superb achievement but Paul achieved this in an excellent 12:45:03 which included a 5:00:24 marathon. Excellent
