Clay Bank Fell race

We had three of our athletes in action at the Clay Bank fell race, a short 4.2mile race but with over 1000 feet climb over the distance, a tough event. Dave McKenna finished 31st ahead of Natalie Curgenven in 35th and Darren Stockdale in 52nd. Full results can be found here

Shaun does Belfast

Shaun Marshall was in action this action this weekend at the Belfast River Rock marathon. The race start at Belfast City Hall and finish at the Tennis Centre at Ormeau Embankment but leaving times are staggered following the route below. Jamie at the Three Peaks

Jamie Rutherford was the only Harrier on show at the 62nd 3 peaks race. This is a race that is not for the amateur and qualification is required to even participate. Jamie, mixing with the specialists finished in 3.58.12 for 166th place. Full race results can be found here

On Wednesday evening we saw another good turnout at the Neptune 4 stage relays, an event which is ran by Sedgefield Harriers around Hardwick park. Each leg is around 1.7miles. Reeth races

Peter Foulds and Iain Girard went to the scenic Swaledale for a challenging 10/20k circular route, heading up to and along the hidden dale of Apedale, before returning across the river to Reeth.
