Ian Brown was in Yorkshire this weekend taking on the Half ironman. A half ironman consists of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and a 21.1 km run.
Official times have yet to be released although Ian completed this in 6 hours 20.
Ian now says he is officially retired…..lets see Ian! Well done.
