Harriers finish 6th at Cleveland Relays

Today saw the return of the Cleveland Way relays, a race on one of twelve designated National Trails. Starting at the historic market town of Helmsley the 110 mile walk skirts the upland ridge on the edge of the North York Moors National Park before reaching the coast to end at Filey.

This is a great event which enables runners to run one of the legs which has to be at least 3.11miles or 5km to you Europeans! On the day the club finished an excellent 6th place, competing against clubs who know and train on these paths on a regular basis. Big thanks to Phil Teece for organising this for the club.
