Tony Winward and Shirley Gibson made the trip to Hull earlier today to take on the Hull Half Marathon. The race starts and finishes in Alfred Gelder Street and is a largely flat course that offers great PB potential. It takes in The Deep, Humber Dock Marina, Hull City Hall and the University of Hull before heading back for the grand finish in the heart of the city centre.
Tony was first of our two runners home finishing in 46th place in a time of 1:23:39 with Shirley 659th in 2:03:08 but 1st in her age group. Great running by you both.
