TonyWinward was once again the lone Harrier as he headed to Dalton park, Sunderland for the midweek 5 mile race. Tony who’s had an excellent year to date showed no sign of stopping as he finished the 5 mile race in 5th position in 29:25 to add to a list of impressive times of late.
