Morpeth 2 Newcastle

The Morpeth to Newcastle road race was a permanent fixture on the region’s running scene for more than a century. Great South 5km

Harriers in the Dam

The weekend saw some of our Harriers fly to Holland for the Amsterdam events and some better weather! Nat’s all right for me

Natalie Curgenven was our only competitor at todays Pathfinder 25 mile race, a circular walk mostly on open moorland, with some sections crossing farm land and a short stretch through Guisborough Woods. On the day Nat was first lady back. Official results have yet to be released.

We saw another good turnout at the testing Richmond 10km race which has three testing climbs over the 6.22miles. Russell Adams our second claim runner was 5th overall which meant we had three of our runners in the top 10. Full results can be found here

Tissington Trail

Ian Morris was the only Darlington Harrier at the Tissington Trail Half Marathon today in the Peak district, a race which is actually a gradual downhill race which is perfect for any PB hunters.
