A 10k course through the beautiful Great Langdale valley. The Langdale Christmas Pudding run has become a popular event to start the festive season. Eureka, I think they got it!

We had a small number of Senior Harriers at the Eureka Fell Race today, a 8 mile race approximately with 1500 ft of ascent to tackle. The terrain varies from little tracks through the heather to rocky bridleways and muddy paths. Good results from our fab five today. Full results can be found here

Two In Northumberland Ten

Paul Cook and Antoni Hall were the only two Harriers on show at the Northumberland 10 mile race, a race which has a little bit of everything in terms of an undulating course and great surroundings. Paul, for which this was a test of fitness, finished in a 1st V40 place and a social finish

Harriers head to Heaton
