We had three runners at the multi-terrain Harrogate 10k in the scenic Crimple Valley area of the famous spa town. The race follows an undulating route that is approximately 70% tarmac road but not a course known for it’s personal bests.
Steven Wilkinson was first of the three home finishing 69th place in 46:06 with Nicky Young 177th in 53 minutes dead. Hamish Laishley was our third runner on the day finishing 495th from a large field in 64:28. Great running by you three.
