Last weekend Hilary Bevan happened to be in the Watford area so entered the local 10km on the day. The 2018 Watford 10k starts near the bandstand in Cassiobury Park and this year’s course is new and is designed to enable participants to enjoy the bluebells in the woods in Cassiobury Park.
Much of this race is on pathways but it is a multi-terrain course, but thankfully due to the recent good weather, no muddy section to get through.
Hilary said she really enjoyed the run rather than pushing for a team and finished 520th in 1hr 12:55.
