Dave and Sarah Tomlinson were in Tri action on Saturday, at the Allerthorpe festival. Sarah, competing in the Sprint triathlon which includes a 750m Swim, 20km on the bike and a 5km run finished in an excellent 4th position in her age group and 24th female overall in an overall time of 1:18:57.
Husband Dave aka ‘SpongeBob’ was taking on the half ironman, with a 1.3m swim, 56 mile bike ride and a half marathon to finish.
Dave did very well finishing 22nd in his age category and 101st overall in 5:19:53. Good work from you both!
