Julian Pinkney entered a local competition ran by Up & Running to win an entry into the London 10km race with a friend. Clearly Julian couldn’t find one of those but did manage to find former Harrier Neil Embleton.
This event takes runners through central London with many runners raising money for theirr chosen charity. ‘Spare number’ 10179 finished the 10km in 51:10.
