Wes Tarn was in action at Morpeth today, a NECAA meeting that incorporated the North East Masters 3k Championships.
Wes not only set a huge PB of 9:23, but rocked up in first place in his category (V40) to take Gold….a tremendous achievement 👏🥇
His time was also good enough to finish 3rd overall!
