On Sunday, Shirley Gibson donned her Harriers vest to race in the Chester 10km with the chance of yet again qualifying for GB. In a close run race, Shirley outgunned her competitors to finish first in her age group to finish first in her age group in a time of 52.37 giving her a great chance of qualification.
