Tony Winward was the lone Harrier at the South Shields Monthly Mile race. Tony who has continued his good form throughout 2019 finished 2nd in a new best of 5:06,second only to Tyne Bridge’s Sparrow Morley, a very accomplished runner who finished in 4:48.
