Tonight we had a handful of athletes at the Newcastle-Gateshead Quayside 5km race. This is simply an out and back race alongside the Quayside with a finish over the bridge.
The race itself is split into two races, the A race for sub 20 runners and the B race for over 20. John Clifford was the first Harrier home in the A race finishing in 16:46 with Sarah Kell first lady back in the B race.
Great results all round.
