Julia Clifford and Nova Tarn were on hand to give a small number of Harriers some support at the midweek Cross Country Relays, a 3 person team event which sees each runner complete 2 laps of a XC circuit covering just under 2 miles.
The race is split between senior and mixed teams, and then a veteran event.
Adam Mitchell brought Team A home in a superb 9:52 following up impressive runs from Paul Allan and Wes Tarn finished 4th. A consistent mixed team of Adam Harker, Paul Cook and Karl Hume finished 14th with Louise Talman, Jade Hutchinson and Bernadette Caygill 3rd ladies and 18th overall.
In the veterans race John Clifford, Barry Talman and Simon Rogers finished 5th in another strong field of athletes.
Brilliant night with some superb running and support on the evening. Be great to see more Harriers there next year!
