NEMAA T&F League Fixture One – 15th May 2023 – Jarrow

The first of six North East Masters Track & Field fixtures took place on Monday 15th May at Jarrow. As ever with Masters Monday night meets, it was an incredibly busy night with 224 athletes from 42 clubs in the V35 to V85 age groups descending on Monkton Stadium to run, jump and throw – looking to earn points for themselves and their clubs.

DHAC had seven athletes making the trip covering most of the events on offer. The fixture consisted of 100m, 400m and 3000m races on track and Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin, Hammer and Weight Throw in the field.

Between them our athletes set two personal bests and set or broke six club records.
