Last week we saw two of our athletes in action at the North East Masters AA League meeting in Jarrow. John Hall and Lindsey Lester are regular eventers at all the Track & Field competitions and have had a great deal of success in the process. This was no exception as both athletes achieved a PB in the 300m as well as excellent performances in the 200m and Lindsey in the Long Jump.
