It was the return of the annual club handicap 5km race today, an opportunity for athletes to put forward some dubious 5km times to get a sneaky advantage on their team mates. In all seriousness though, always good fun and always great to see so many athletes of all ages get involved. Congratulations to all of our runners today, Paul Kelly took 1st place in todays event at West Park.
