Darlington Harriers will have a record-breaking 10 young athletes at the English Schools Cross-Country Championships.
Nine of them will be representing County Durham, the biggest-ever club representation. They are Ben Lambert , Max Harris, Stella Jones, Catherine Roberts, Harriet Rogers, India Pentland, James Roberts, Lucy-Erin Hunter and Katie Noble. In addition, Emma Hart will represent North Yorkshire.
The championships at Norwich Show Ground on March 18 will bring the curtain down on a hugely successful cross-country season for the Harriers youngsters, whose U-15 girls were team winners in the North Yorkshire and South Durham series.
