Harriers team dominated the Movathon treadmill challenge which sees runners taking a minimum of 30 minute slot and working as hard as possible to increase the number of moves achieved. Moves are calculated not just by speed but by effort, so a higher gradient on the treadmill would increase the number of moves versus someone running on a flat surface.
The Harriers amassed 34,337 moves around 1500 more than local rivals Quakers. A brilliant team effort!
