On Sunday morning we had a large numbers of runners at the Tees Pride 10km, Middlesboro. This is a fast course which is generally flat and fast with only a couple of slight inclines around the route but a very good course for road runners. Reports advise that it was a little windy on the route with the sun once again making an unwelcome visit.
Paul Allan was first Harrier home finishing in 9th place, nearly a minute and a half ahead of Coach Adam Mitchell in 23rd. Shaun Marshall making up the top 30 runners on the day. Second claim runners Dean Newton and Neil Smith finished 6th (34:10) and 151st (42:47) respectively.
A few personal bests achieved on the day and a number of course bests from the group, well done all of you who ran.
