On Tuesday evening at the NYSD we had a handful of athletes in action. Bernadette Caygill set a new V40 Club record in the 800m as she finished her race in 2.28.07.
Katie Bower (U20) finished her 100m graded race in 14:06 on the night while Brian Thompson threw 20.45 metres in the Hammer and 7m 19 in the shot put. Great work guys!
