Glad To Be Back Training

Over the last couple of weeks following updated guidelines from England Athletics, the club has started to return to group training.

We’ve had Senior groups out on the roads and trails, Junior endurance back at the track and out on cross-country, and Junior foundation group and speed groups for both Seniors & Juniors at the track.

It’s not quite what it was, but it’s progress and our coaches and athletes are very happy to be back at it.

We will continue to follow the latest guidelines and hold as many sessions as possible.
