As reported in last weeks communication, we had a number of teams at Hetton Royal Signal Relays. In addition to the superb 3rd place which Lucy, Ellie, Megan and Catherine achieved we had a number of strong performances across all teams as well as some superb debutant performances in a club vest including Lisa Bowerbank, Paula Heaney and Katie Banoub-Ralph. I hope everybody enjoyed this event, relays are fantastic for team building so get involved in future events, we have one at South Park in a few weeks time.
Not to be beaten, our V50 mens team of Graham O’Hara, Stephen Gardner, Martin Phillips and Ian Brown finished 10th in a very strong group. Graham putting in the quickest time of the team in an excellent 13:59. Well done gentleman.
